Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence had a wonderful at the National Institute at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas last week! We had an attendance of more than 150 people from all over the United States and even Canada!

Today, Bart & Alice Teal, president and vice president of Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence, had a very productive meeting on educational initiatives and Blue Ribbon conferences with representatives at Lockheed Martin in Orlando, Florida.

BRSE associate Rodney Graves, Director of Secondary Education in Spartanburg District Seven, has been awarded one of only three South Carolina Literacy Leaders Awards for 2009. Graves will be honored at an awards reception in Columbia Sept. 15, 2009.
